We have our own workshop with a large area and modern machine resource, adapted to perform prefabrication of steel structures and pipelines. We deal with the prefabrication of both industrial pipeline systems as well as pipeline installations that operate under water. We manufacture elements and equipment of steel structures, and all elements manufactured by us are protected with an anti-corrosion coating, using various techniques.
Before we launch the production works, we prepare workshop documentation as well as select and work out the welding method in detail. We make proper pipe cuts, then we weld and assemble the pipes. Heat treatment is also necessary, thanks to which it is possible to obtain the right temperature value in all elements of which the pipeline consists. In the next stage, measurements and pressure tests are performed, and the finished elements undergo a very detailed quality test. In order to detect possible irregularities, we perform NDT tests, using one method best suited to the specific project. If necessary, the irregularities are removed and the steel surface is then coated with an anti-corrosion coating.
